Channel Partner need to adhere to the below guidlines
Is registered with MahaRERA
Have a registered office address
Provide details of PAN card, and GSTIN
Communicate project related details to the prospective customer as per Surbhi Construction
Not misuse the "Surbhi Construction" brand name for personal benefit
Abide by the Surbhi Construction brand guidelines on advertising materials and clearly mention their own company name, contact details on all marketing collateral developed and/or used
Not indulge in sharing of channel partner fee with customers
Not unnecessarily interfere with the day to day functioning at project sites, Marketing and Sales offices, Corporate office
Declaration :I, hereby, declare that all the above mentioned information provided by me is true to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I am submitting this on-boarding form to register with Surbhi Construction as a Channel Partner and I have read and shall abide by the organisation's notes provided below.
